These offers may not be honoured if you do not declare that you are claiming it at the time of booking. Reservations at the discount rate apply to new bookings only. Bookings are non-commissionable and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. | ||
| 3. Some hotels are suitable for children as indicated on the hotel page or on request to the hotel. The hotel’s normal conditions and rates for accepting children will apply and should be checked with the hotel at the time of booking. | ||
| Hotel rates | ||
| 4. The rate shown has already been discounted from the standard tariff per room at the percentage shown. For stays of longer than two nights, the full tariff of the hotel will apply, unless otherwise agreed by the hotel in advance. Prices may vary within the range shown dependent on day of week, season and grade of room booked. | ||
| 5. It is not a condition of the discounted offer that you take meals at the hotel. Some hotels offer additional special discounts which may be seasonal or dependant upon taking meals. | ||
| How to claim the discount | ||
| 6. To qualify for the discounted room rate simply quote Promotion Reference as the source of the offer and, if you wish, quote the Token reference published or present the single Token from the newspaper or electronic Token available online. | ||
| 7. There is no restriction on the number of ‘stays’ that you make at the hotel although hotels may decline to take discounted bookings for longer than the minimum required at two nights unless by prior arrangement. | ||
| How to book | ||
| 8.
. All reservations to be made direct with the hotel
and must be made in advance. Hotels need not accept your booking if 50 per
cent of their guest capacity is already booked or if you book more than
10 days in advance of your date of stay. Hotels may waive these restrictions
to your benefit. You must state that you are either hold the required Token or simply quote the Promotion Reference to claim the discount. A deposit and confirmation may be required by the hotel for your booking and the hotel may apply its normal cancellation terms. |

| 9. Reservations under this Short Breaks offer are subject to exclusion periods specified by the hotels. Named public holiday periods are for guidance only and may exclude days prior to and after the holiday. Some types of rooms may also be excluded from the offer. | ||
| 10. Where an hotel is able to offer facilities for the disabled or state that they accept children or dogs, it is essential that you clarify your requirements with the hotel. Some hotels may place restrictions on the acceptance of dogs and may make an additional charge. | ||
| 11. The offers are for a required two-night stay that must be taken by May 31, 2008, unless at the discretion of the hotel. | ||
| Who is responsible for what? | ||
| 12. The discount offer is published on behalf of the hotels listed and it is the responsibility of the hotel to honour the discount. | ||
| 13. The Spring Breaks offer room charge and any additional consumption costs incurred are the responsibility of the guest. | ||

We do our best to ensure that all details are correct at
the time of going to print but should be checked with the hotels at the
time of booking. Hotel rates may change but the discount applicable to the
Spring Breaks offer will apply to those new rates. Please check on this
site for any updates. Facilities and services may also change at the hotels from the information supplied by the hotels and the promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any discrepancies or misconceptions given or construed. |

| 15. The offer will no longer be available at any individual hotel that changes ownership after the publication of the offer, at the discretion of new management of that hotel. | ||
